A four-day ‘Road Show’ organized by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will start from today (February 9) to increase foreign and expatriate investment in the capital market  .

It is learned that the road show will run from February 9 to February 12. The first road show organized by BSEC abroad has been named ‘Rising of Bengal Tiger Potential of Bangladesh Capital Markets’.

Four-day program in Dubai:

The regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has taken a four-day program to increase Dubai’s investment in the Bangladeshi capital market. Five seminars will be held in four days. The seminars will be attended by the Chairman of BSEC and senior officials of various capital market organizations.

 Investor Summit: Bangladesh Capital Market will be held on the morning of February 9 with expatriate Bangladeshis. There will be another seminar on the same subject at noon with foreign investors.

On the  morning of February 10, there will be a seminar on Sukuk: The New Investment Opportunity in Bangladesh. Institutional investors will take part in it.

On the  morning of February 11, there will be a seminar on Scope of Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment in Bangladesh. Institutional investors will also take part here.

 Bilateral and multilateral meetings will be held throughout the day on 12 February . Here small groups of investors will take part.
