Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has called upon the members of Bangladesh Ansar and VDP to motivate the villagers to get vaccinated to eradicate the corona epidemic. 

Speaking at the 41st National Rally of Ansar and VDP, he said, “I will ask you (Ansar and VDP members) to motivate the villagers to get vaccinated so that all the people of Bangladesh are protected from the global coronavirus epidemic.”

The Prime Minister was virtually joined from her official residence Ganobhaban at a function organized at Bangladesh Ansar and VDP Academy in Shafipur, Gazipur on Thursday.

Noting that the Covid-19 vaccination program has already started in the country, Sheikh Hasina called upon every member of Ansar and VDP to motivate everyone to get vaccinated in time. News UNB

Sheikh Hasina urged the people to be sincere for getting the Covid-19 vaccine by going to the nearest digital center and registering.

The Prime Minister greeted the Ansar and VDP members in a parade.

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal distributed eight special medals among the 140 members of Ansar and VDP in recognition of their bravery and commendable work on behalf of the Prime Minister.

Senior Secretary of Public Security Mustafa Kamal Uddin and Director General of Bangladesh Ansar and VDP Major General Mizanur Rahman Shamim among others spoke on the occasion.
