Listed on the capital market, The International Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited (IFIC Bank) wants to raise Rs 500 crore by issuing bonds. The decision was taken at the bank’s 69th board meeting held on Sunday (February 28). This information has been known from the company sources.

These bonds will be non-convertible bonds. The money raised through bonds will act as part of the bank’s TR2 capital.

The decision to issue bonds will be effective with the approval of the regulatory body Bangladesh Bank and the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
