Share trading ended in the fall

Trading in the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) ended on Sunday, the first working day of the week. Today, the transaction on the DSE has decreased compared to the previous day. The other market Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) also ended the same picture.

Shares and units worth Tk 60.64 crore were traded on the DSE on Sunday. Today, the turnover on the DSE has been 75 crore 38 lakh less than the previous day. The transaction on Thursday was 746 crore 2 lakh.
On this day, the main price index DSEX is down 11 points at 5,404 points. Among the other two indices, the DSE 30 index decreased by 3 points and the DSES or Shariah index decreased by 6 points.
A total of 347 companies traded on the DSE on Sunday. Of these, prices of 102 companies increased, prices of 120 companies decreased and prices of 128 companies remained unchanged.
On the other hand, the overall index CASPI on the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) decreased by 36 points. The index stands at 15,612 points. Shares worth Tk 24.41 crore were traded on the CSE.
A total of 229 companies and mutual funds traded on the CSE. Of these, 64 have increased, 61 have decreased and 74 have remained unchanged.
