The results of HSC and equivalent examinations were finally published digitally without examination. The results were officially unveiled at 10:30 am on Saturday (January 30) at the International Mother Language Institute auditorium. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the announcement of HSC and equivalent examination results by joining online from Ganobhaban.

This time 13 lakh 75 thousand students of 11 education boards were supposed to give HSC and equivalent examinations. The test was scheduled to start on April 1 last year. But due to the increasing incidence of coronavirus, all educational institutions in the country were closed from March 16. Later, the government decided to publish the results of HSC and equivalent classes through evaluation without examination.

In this case, the result of HSC has been determined by averaging 25 percent from the result of JSC and 75 percent from the result of SSC. Students who failed last year were also candidates this time. They have also been passed. As such, this time only 100% of the examinees are looking at the face of the pass.

This time, on the occasion of announcing the results, it has been completely banned to gather at the educational institution. The Ministry of Education says, ‘This time the results will be published online. Results will not be available in educational institutions. No results will be sent to the examination center or educational institution. Therefore, under no circumstances can one gather at the educational institution on the day of publication of results.

In addition, if you want to get the results through mobile phone text message, you have to pre-register before the results are published. Type HSC <> Board name (First 3 letter) <> Roll <> 2020 and send to 16222. As soon as the results are released, the results will be sent to the mobile numbers of the pre-registered candidates.  Results can be viewed from the Teletalk website . The results can also be found on the website of the concerned Board of Education.
